The Guarantee
World Sports Institute’s “F.I.T.™” guarantees that all students ages 12 and up who participate in the Platinum Developmental Program will increase their speed, power and agility. If the athlete is not completely satisfied with the performance results, he or she will receive four (4) additional training sessions at no further charge.

The Qualifiers
Any athlete enrolled in the PLATINUM Developmental Program.

The Qualifications

  • The athlete must enroll in the 36 session PLATINUM Developmental Program
  • The athlete may have only two (2) excused absences. Make-up sessions are permitted during the 36-session program
  • The Sports Performance Director will conduct a pre- and post-program evaluation to establish base fitness and other evaluations
  • The Performance Coach will meet regularly with the parent to summarize each student's progress

  • Vertical Jump
  • Standing Broad Jump

Speed

  • 10 Yard
  • 20 Yard
  • 40 Yard

Agility

  • Pro Agility Test (5-10-5)
  • Three Cone Drill
