COACHING

WORLD SPORTS INSTITUTE’S “F.I.T.™” - COACHING PHILOSOPHY:

A coach can make all the difference in the world when it comes to athletic performance. A coach should push you to your limits but not beyond them. A coach should lead by example, use positive reinforcement and identify each individuals learning style.

At World Sports Institute’s “F.I.T.™”, our top-notch coaches do all of these things. Our coaching philosophy is to foster a positive, safe and entertaining environment that promotes cognitive, psychological and physical development for athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Cognitive development:
Helping the athlete to understand what he or she is doing and how it will contribute to his/her success. Once the athletes grasp these concepts, they are able to coach themselves while at practice and remember the things that are important to their performance.

Psychological Development:
Not only does the individual performance of our clients improve, but their self-confidence soars. And this self-confidence transfers to other areas of an individual’s life as well, such as schoolwork and personal life.

Physical Development:
The number one goal at World Sports Institute’s “F.I.T.™” Sports Performance is to maximize the athletic potential of each person who participates in our training program.
